Shipping and delivery are handled directly by Heart for Padel from the Netherlands. Every order is shipped with Track & Trace for full transparency.
Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 1–5 business days
- Outside Europe: 1–7 business days
Estimated total delivery time:
From 2 up to 8 business days, depending on the destination.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) are included in the same day’s processing. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping costs:
- Free shipping within Europe
- For destinations outside Europe, additional shipping costs may apply
